All patients are treated like family, we want you to feel comfortable. We are one of the fastest-growing dental offices in Winnipeg because patients see that we genuinely care about their oral care. We are thrilled that you have chosen us and would like to give you a little more information before your first visit so that you may know what to expect.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first visit. We don’t want you to feel rushed. You will be asked to complete a new patient medical and dental history form. Enjoy a beverage from our coffee bar while doing so! Please bring with you the following: a photo ID, insurance/benefit card, credit card and a list of medications you are currently taking.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

As a new patient, we recommend that you start off with a general cleaning at your first appointment. A comprehensive exam will then be done either at the time of the cleaning or at a subsequent appointment if more time is needed for the exam. This initial comprehensive meeting gives us a better opportunity to get to know you and your oral health needs. It is a time to ask questions, bring up concerns, or just chat in a relaxed environment. If it has been a while since your last cleaning, a second follow up visit may be necessary. After this first visit, exams and cleanings will be done altogether in one appointment.
