It is recommended that kids and adults wear sports guards for any sport that involves any sort of physical contact. From team sports like hockey, basketball, baseball, and soccer to individual sports like martial arts or racquet sports, accidents can happen.

The biggest issue with store-bought guards is the lack of a tight and accurate fit, thus decreasing the compliance of actually wearing it.
